Blackboard should be working properly now
We just received word from Blackboard that they found the root cause of the problems caused Sunday. Everything should be running smoothly again.

"Just to provide you with an update concerning the status of this issue. Currently we have about 3 operation engineers working on this issue. I currently do not have an estimate time of completion since the root cause of the issue has not been determined yet. However as soon as we obtain an update from our operation team I will provide you with an update."

Sunday night Blackboard began experiencing technical difficulties. They discovered one server in the series was causing the problem and removed it from the series. However, Monday the problem began occurring again.
Blackboard engineers are working to get the images back in their proper places. However, it is also intermittently not available.
We will update you as soon as we know more about the situation.
